    Creative Content Strategist

    Our client, a reputable firm in the ENTERTAINMENT industry is looking to fill the role of a Creative Content Strategy


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
    •  Work closely with artists and marketing teams on campaigns
    •  Collaborate with account executives/A&R team/ films to obtain knowledge of the artists’ requirements.
    •  Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
    •  Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
    • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
    • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
    • By end of Y1, a successful Creative Content Strategist will continue to do all of the above, as well as:
    • Develop and implement style guide to harmonize all internal and external corporate materials
    • Identify artist and partners needs and develop innovative projects
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with artists and clients
    • Build and maintain content calendar and recurring events at.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
    • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience
    • Proven experience in a similar creative role
    •  Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
    • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Our client, agricultural production company needs an experienced individual who will be responsible for developing, leading, and directing the implementation of company business strategy, objectives, and plans, focusing on operations, projects, administration, human capital, business development, quality, health and safety and other functional areas and align them with the overall strategies and goals of the farm to fill the role below.
    Job Position: Chief Operating Officer

     Key Responsibilities

    •  Shall be responsible for the general coordination and supervision of all farm operations from planning to execution.
    • Forge strategic partnership and relationships with clients, and all other professional business relationships
    • Partner with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cashflow, systems, reporting and controls.
    • Directly supervises the maintenance team to ensure efficient deployment and routine maintenance of farm machineries and equipment.
    •  Provide oversight and supervision on human capital management, to ensure required personnel are available and retained.
    •  Directly supervise the procurement and inventory management teams to ensure alignment with business strategy, goals, and objectives.

    • Supervises the activities of quality, health, safety, and environment of management team to ensure standard biosecurity, quality, health, and safety practice in the farm.
    • Participates in the company’s decision process as member of the executive committee.
    • Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and rollout plans for operational processes, internal infrastructure reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the company.

    Requirements

    • A degree in business or related field.
    • MBA from top business school preferred.
    •  5+ years of executive level operational experience required.
    • 10+ years at COO level is preferred.
    •  Good experience in poultry/processing plant operations preferred.

    Global Marketing Manager

    JOB LOCATION: LAGOS (ISLAND)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To increase exposure for artists and drive revenue by developing campaign ideas that complement active frontline campaigns, highlighting opportunities for incremental growth, sharpening and implementing best practices across your roster, and increasing internal awareness of the value of our artists’ catalogues in an “always-on” marketplace.
    • Identify viral moments and build quick-strike marketing campaigns that capitalize quickly on such opportunities.
    • Work closely with the A&R team and other departments to execute opportunities for new releases & relevant re-issues including milestone anniversaries.
    • Drive marketing initiatives for artists on the roster; this includes developing the overall marketing plan, budget, and strategy for the campaign and then executing it.

    • Be immersed and have a thorough knowledge of the global digital trends, technologies, platforms, etc. to ensure our artists are always part of the digital technology forefront and engaging wherever fans spend their online time
    • Manage timelines and deliverables for the various projects across the roster and the company
    • Conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns and utilize a data-driven approach to identify priority music trends and new opportunities
    • Lead and manage a team to ensure continual best marketing practices and personal development
    • Articulate the needs of the music industry internally to drive actionable impact
    • Develop strategies that can improve discovery in new territories via Tik tok, reels and snapchat campaigns across the roster
    • Oversee our email marketing strategies
    • Create and closely monitor marketing plans in key territories

    REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s Degree is required in marketing, MBA is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven managerial level experience
    • A senior strategic marketer who has a track record of successfully driving digital marketing strategy internationally, and executing high-impact campaigns and processes
    • Ability to analyze and understand quantitative results around marketing effectiveness and pivot campaigns as needed.  
    • A strong understanding of analytics, email marketing, project management, social platforms; building tracks and tapping into large and global audiences, strategically driving forward listener acquisition with measurable ROI and growth.
    • Must have the ability to collaborate and present campaigns to cross-functional partners such as label partners, technical resources, and marketing specialists as well as artists and their management teams
    • An ambitious and vibrant individual who is a self-starter requiring minimal direction.
    • Must be able to thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently.

    Financial Accountant

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists in posting transactions
    • Monthly reporting, analyses and reconciliations of all statutory taxes, including NCD
    • Post Naira and Dollar accounts payable invoices and payments
    • Key vendors quarterly reconciliations and reporting, including related parties
    • Assist in carrying out bank account reconciliation (Bank and Ledger account).
