    Restaurant & Lounge Manager

    Our client is a premier hospitality establishment known for its exquisite dining experiences and vibrant lounge atmosphere. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Lounge Manager to lead their team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to their valued guests. (250k-450k)

    Overview: 

    You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, including staff management, customer service, and revenue generation. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of quality and hospitality that their guests expect while driving business growth and profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lounge operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
    2. Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
    3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
    4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.
    5. Uphold the brand image and reputation of the restaurant and lounge through impeccable service, attention to detail, and personalized guest experiences.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Lounge Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and cost management.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
