Project Support Analyst at Trennco Power Limited

As a Project Support Analyst your role will cover:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of project material – spreadsheets, reports, documents, memo, letters, project briefs and emails.
• Manage project administration tasks.
• Understand the scope of set projects.
• Coordinate assigned tasks and resources.
• Ensure that projects are in line with set budgets.
• Assist in ensuring projects are managed according to the agreed finance and resource plans, contracted deliverables, and the agreed scope.
• Monitor the projects regularly to evaluate the progress, quality, management issues emerging, and any events that might cause a delay in project completion.
• Assist in the management of activities of the project delivery team/s to ensure deliverables are being completed to defined expectations.
• Maintain frequent and detailed communication with the MD and other relevant members of staff, external teams, to always ensure clarity on project deliverables.
• Identify, communicate and where necessary escalate deviations from set project scopes.
• Create and maintain the project/activity tracker.
• Undertake any other junior project management duties as required.

Project Functions:

• Supporting the MD on various projects within Trennco. Report directly to the MD, assisting her with business drafts, creation and analysis of business reports, analysis of business spreadsheets.
• Plan, track and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects. Support the MD with the completion of project scopes and objectives.
• Understand project scopes, budgets, and assist in creating/drafting the project requirements needed to complete assigned projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide support and work with the MD to ensure the completion of various company projects.
• Coordinating administrative tasks, and monitoring deadlines on project deliverables to ensure successful execution and completion of assigned projects.

Basic IT Functions:

1. Installing and configuring computer systems.
2. Resolving network issues.
3. Identifying hardware and software solutions.
4. Maintaining and updating technical documentation, licenses, etc.
5. Troubleshooting technical issues.
6. Testing any new technology/software systems.
7. Regular update and backup of the website
8. Collaborating with external vendors to ensure a smooth work process (Web designers, graphic designers, social media managers etc.)
9. Safeguard and maintain all project documents and data to ensure project integrity is sustained.
