Marketer at Aren Paper Mills Limited

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketer to join our Aren Paper Mills Limited team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our greyboards, and other range of paper products, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the paper mills industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and meeting their needs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the paper mills industry and markets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company's paper products.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly and win sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the paper mills industry.
• Thoroughly understand the company's product line and be able to explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide product training to customers when necessary.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
• Prepare daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly sales and marketing reports for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a marketer or sales representative in the paper mills industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of paper products, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work as a team or independently, Upselling and Cross Selling available products.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
