    Account Management Officer

    Job Description:

    • Wow Effect Communications is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Management Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service throughout their partnership with our company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing strong relationships and understanding their unique business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless delivery of digital transformation solutions that meet client expectations.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Wow Effect Communications' services, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
    • Manage client communications, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
    • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients, presenting project status, metrics, and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
    • Gather and analyze client feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions to address their evolving needs.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including project details, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with internal processes and protocols.
    • Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities, leveraging your client knowledge and industry expertise.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
