We invite you to join us on a technical support contract. The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities:

• legal analysis of tender documents;
• contractual monitoring throughout contract execution;
• implement and coordinate the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred;
• prepare and follow-up any litigation files that may arise;
• praft the subcontracting contracts for projects;
• claims.

Profile Wanted

• With a five-year degree, you have at least 5 years' experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects.
• You have an EPC Contract experience.
