    Construction Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Construction Engineer will oversee and manage building and infrastructure projects, ensuring that architectural and structural designs are executed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
    • The role requires strong coordination with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders, supervision of site activities, management of project schedules and budgets, and delivery of projects on time and within specifications.
    • The Construction Engineer will act as the technical authority on construction activities, ensuring that quality and compliance standards are met across all project stages.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Design Coordination:

    • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
    • Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure practical and feasible execution of building designs.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
    • Coordinate procurement of construction materials in line with project requirements and schedules.

    Site & Construction Management:

    • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
    • Monitor construction progress against plans and identify potential delays or deviations.
    • Provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams to resolve design or construction issues.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and document progress, quality checks, and variations.

    Stakeholder & Communication Management:

    • Act as the primary liaison between architects, contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed project progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, approvals, site reports, and handover records.

    Continuous Improvement & Innovation

    • Recommend process improvements, construction techniques, or material choices to enhance efficiency and quality.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, building codes, and new construction technologies.
    • Support the standardization of construction practices across multiple sites.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in building construction or architectural project execution.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants on complex projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office; familiarity with BIM or other design software is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Willingness and availability to travel to multiple project sites as required.

    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering manufacturing and construction-related projects, including factory operations, plant upgrades, infrastructure development, and site-based installations.
    • The role requires strong technical coordination, site supervision, budget and schedule control, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Control:

    • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion and handover.
    • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones in line with business objectives.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

    Manufacturing / Construction Execution:

    • Coordinate and supervise on-site manufacturing or construction activities.
    • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, production, and HSE.
    • Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and operational requirements.

    Safety, Quality & Compliance:

    • Enforce compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
    • Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites and manufacturing facilities.
    • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    Risk & Contract Management:

    • Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, technical specifications, and delivery obligations.
    • Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability.

    Stakeholder & Reporting Management:

    • Act as the primary liaison between management, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and submit regular project progress, cost, and performance reports to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in the same Project Manager role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
    • Strong understanding of industrial project execution, site supervision, and safety management.
    • Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness and availability to travel to other project locations as required.
