Content & Growth Manager at IAB Codes Ltd

We are hiring a Content & Growth Manager to help with positioning and driving qualified leads through strategic content distribution.
This is not just a posting role. You will be responsible for creating and transforming ideas into structured content that generates engagement, trust, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the founder to develop weekly content ideas and themes
• Convert raw video recordings into short-form and long-form content
• Edit videos (cut unnecessary parts, add subtitles, optimize for different platforms)
• Repurpose content into multiple formats (threads, carousels, short clips, captions)
• Distribute content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and improve content hooks and structure over time
• Monitor engagement and support lead generation through content

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing content for brands or founders
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Understanding of content distribution and growth strategy
• Ability to work independently and execute consistently
• Portfolio of previous work is required
• This role is performance-oriented. We are looking for someone who understands that content must drive authority and business growth, not just likes and views.
