    Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)

    Job Summary

    • The Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) will support the delivery of quality primary healthcare services by providing basic medical care, patient support, health education, and community health interventions.
    • The role requires an experienced and licensed professional capable of working effectively within a clinical environment while ensuring patient safety and adherence to healthcare standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide basic clinical care and support to patients under supervision.
    • Conduct patient assessments including vital signs monitoring and documentation.
    • Assist in treatment procedures and routine medical services.
    • Administer medications as prescribed by qualified medical personnel.
    • Support immunization, maternal and child health, and preventive healthcare services.
    • Assist in emergency response and first aid when required.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Valid CHEW certification from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a healthcare facility.
    • Must possess a valid practicing license.
    • Strong knowledge of primary healthcare practices.
    • Male candidates preferred

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
    • Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains neat and organized
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
    • Provide administrative and clerical support to relevant departments.
    • Handle basic office documentation and filing tasks.
    • Assist with office coordination and other assigned administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field with 0-3 years experience
    • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
