    Chef de Partie

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.
    • Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
    • Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
    • Stock taking and ordering supplies for your station.
    • Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
    • Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
    • Responsible for supervising junior chefs or commis.
    • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
    • Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.

    Requirements

    • Qualification from a Culinary School.
    • Must have 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
    • Multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Qualification from a culinary school.
    • Ability to work well in a team.

    Lounge Hostess

    Responsibilities

    • Welcoming visitors as they arrive and adding them to a waiting list as needed
    • Manage reservations
    • Maintain a clean reception area
    • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
    • Place visitors at tables or in waiting rooms.
    • Support the wait staff when necessary

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a hostess
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Computer Savvy
    • Excellent customer service skills in a hectic atmosphere.
    • Capacity to oversee the full dining and bar area and strong organizational skills.

    Plumber

    Responsibilities

    • Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems.
    • Cutting, welding and assembling pipes and tubes.
    • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
    • Prepare cost estimates

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
    • Must have 2-5 years’ experience as a plumber

    Continental Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that all food prepared areof excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
    • Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
    • Keeping up to date with industry trends.
    • Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
    • Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
    • Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
    • Overseeing all kitchen operations.
    • Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.

    Requirements

    • Culinary School Degree / Diploma.
    • 2 - 5 years proven work experience as a work or chef.
    • Past experience as a working chef.
    • Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Great time management skills.

    Bakery Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing ingredients,baking and handlingkitchen equipment.
    • Creating pastries and baked goods.
    • Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure aesthetic and tasty presentation.
    • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
    • Ordering new supplies, ingredients and equipment for the pastry
    • Ensure the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an O'level Certificate.
    • A Certificate from Culinary Arts, Pastry-Making, Baking or related field.
    • 2 - 5 years experience working in the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role.
    • Artistic ability to create desserts.
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment

    Commis Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef-in-charge.
    • Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered in good quality.
    • Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or finished supplies.
    • Plating and presenting meal items according to the Chef-in-charge’s instructions
    • Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators and freezers.

    Requirements

    • A Degree, Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts.
    • At least 2 years work experience.
    • Proven commercial kitchen experience.
    • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations
