    Bakery Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing ingredients,baking and handlingkitchen equipment.
    • Creating pastries and baked goods.
    • Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure aesthetic and tasty presentation.
    • Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
    • Ordering new supplies, ingredients and equipment for the pastry
    • Ensure the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an O'level Certificate.
    • A Certificate from Culinary Arts, Pastry-Making, Baking or related field.
    • 2 - 5 years experience working in the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role.
    • Artistic ability to create desserts.
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
