We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
• Actively promote the company’s property portfolio through various marketing channels.

Requirements:

• OND/NCE/BSC in any field from a recognize institution
• 0-2 years experience in real estate sale
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
• Proximity to Ikeja or willing to commute

Job brief:

We\'re looking to bring on a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can turn raw content and resources into professional-quality ad creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva, or any preferred platform. . He or She would be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics and video including illustrations, logos, layouts photos, motion graphics and animes.

Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effectsStudy design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Proven work experience as a Video Editor/Graphics designer
• Solid experience with digital technology, editing software packages and design software (e.g. Avid Media Composer, After Effect, Final Cut, Canva, Cap cut, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• A strong portfolio of Graphics and video contents.

We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities

•  Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Driver
• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record
• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• A high school diploma
