    Business Officer

    Job Description

    • Approve loan applications within specified approval limits and refer applications outside approved limits to management for further approval.
    • Meet with loan applicants to obtain required information and respond to inquiries regarding the loan application process.
    • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit history, and collateral/property valuations to determine loan feasibility.
    • Explain available loan products, credit options, and applicable terms and conditions to customers.
    • Obtain, verify, and compile loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial documentation.
    • Review, update, and maintain accurate credit and loan files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory standards.
    • Provide periodic reports on loan portfolio performance as required.
    • Field picking up of loans.

    Dispatch Rider

    Job Description

    • Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and parcels to customers and business locations promptly.
    • Ensure safe handling and secure transportation of items to prevent damage or loss.
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery.
    • Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.
    • Collect payments (where applicable) and remit them appropriately.

    HR Recruitment Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Prepare and publish job adverts across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
    • Source candidates through various channels including headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
    • Screen CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and physical) and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
    • Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

    • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
