Store Manager (QSR) at Uncle Stan's Foods

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly accountable Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Central Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising store personnel, ensuring accurate stock control, and maintaining efficient inventory processes to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store and inventory management activities
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of stock items
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock movement documentation
• Supervise stock counts, reconciliations, and periodic audits
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
• Investigate and report stock variances, losses, or discrepancies
• Supervise and support store personnel to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of the store
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for Management
• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless inventory management

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store management
• Must reside around Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
