HR Recruitment Officer at Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare and publish job adverts across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
• Source candidates through various channels including headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and physical) and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
• Carry out background checks, reference checks, and verification of credentials.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
