This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and managing partnerships to increase revenue. Key tasks include developing business strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals with service offerings.
Qualifications
2 years experience in Business Development, or Sales
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting monthly targets
Experience closing partnerships, corporate deals, and retainerships
Strong ability to execute sales campaigns, and market activations
Comfortable working with clear KPIs: revenue, bookings, conversions, and ROI
Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, and service teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
