    Brand and Marketing Executive

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun


    • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.).
    • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
    • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
    • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions.
    • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
    • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
    • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.


    • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
    • 3 years Proven experience as a marketing executive.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles.
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
    • Creativity and commercial awareness.
    • The candidate must be a resident of Sagamu or its environs.

    N80,000 - N150,000 / Month

    Job Brief: 

    • Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses. 
    • Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
    • Client Key Account Management 
    • New account generation 
    • Client retention management
    • Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

    Skills & Competencies

    • Candidate should have proven sales experience in the real estate industry
