    Direct Sales Agents

    Job Summary:

    The Direct Sales Agent's primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. He/she will also be required to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the bank.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively approach customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services.
    • Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities.
    • Conduct discussions with customers and provide appropriate financial recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.

    Head, Brands and Marketing

    Job Summary:

    The Head of Brand & Marketing plays a primary role in leading and driving the brand marketing department while building strong relationships across the business as well as externally. He/She will be charged with the responsibility of putting together an exceptional brand marketing cross-functional team, and leads its development, driving new ideas and crucial day-to-day brand marketing operations to meet set organizational target.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
    • Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified.
    • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business advertisement, communication or related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in branding, corporate communications, advertising, marketing or media buying in a commercial bank or finance company.
    • Proven experience in managing a brand (Knowledge in the banking sector would be an added advantage).
    • Must have solid understanding of consumer insights and needs.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

    Relationship Officers

    Job Summary:

    The Relationship Officer's primary responsibility is to attract and secure deposits from individuals, businesses, and organizations. Your main goal is to increase the bank's deposit base and ensure the availability of funds for lending and other banking activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new depositors and increase the bank's deposit base.
    • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote deposit products and services to potential customers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Assess customers' financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to recommend suitable deposit products.
    • Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various deposit products to customers, ensuring they understand the offerings.
    • Process deposit account applications, complete required documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
    • A minimum working experience of 2 years in investment banking, deposit management and mobilization or any other related field in a recognized finance house, commercial bank or microfinance bank.
    • Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Proven sales skills with the ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert leads into deposits.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
    • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
    • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
