    Business Development Executive (Recruitment & L&D)

    Role Overview

    • To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, converting leads, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a preferred HR consulting partner in line with the 2026 growth strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and onboard corporate clients
    • Meet revenue targets and close deals
    • Develop tailored HR solutions and proposals
    • Build and manage client relationships
    • Upsell and expand existing accounts
    • Track market trends and identify opportunities

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field

    Inventory Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Inventory Officer ensures 100% stock accuracy, manages inventory data, and coordinates replenishment. You will be responsible for minimizing losses, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with food safety and storage standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor stock movement, conduct periodic audits/cycle counts, and implement FIFO/LIFO rotation.
    • Maintain accurate records in the WMS, generate stock reports, and identify slow-moving items.
    • Coordinate with Procurement to prevent stockouts and monitor supplier delivery accuracy.
    • Investigate theft or damage and ensure storage meets food safety and warehouse regulations.

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. Professional certifications (CILT, APICS) are an advantage.
    • 2–4 years in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
    • Proficiency in Inventory Management Software (WMS/ERP) and MS Excel.
    • Must be comfortable working in warehouse/cold storage environments and working shifts/weekends.

    Environmental Sustainability Governance

    Role Summary

    • The ESG Officer supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This role ensures the organization operates sustainably and stays compliant with environmental regulations, labor standards, and ethical governance within the agricultural sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor waste management, water usage, and emissions; conduct audits and track performance indicators across farm operations.
    • Coordinate CSR and community engagement; monitor labor standards, employee welfare, and health/safety (HSE).
    • Monitor adherence to ethical standards and internal policies; assist in developing ESG procedures and supporting internal audits.

    • Strong data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and board-level reporting.
    • Willingness to work in a combination of office and field-based farm environments, including regular travel and site inspections.

    Technical Assistant to the MD/CEO

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking an exceptionally analytical professional to act as the core technical and strategic support to the CEO. This role is responsible for breaking down high-level business objectives into execution roadmaps, conducting unit economics analysis across the poultry value chain, and tracking operational KPIs to drive profitability.

    Senior Financial Accountant

    Role Summary

    • The Senior Financial Accountant manages day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring 100% accuracy in financial records and ledger integrity. You will lead the preparation of financial statements, manage tax compliance, and supervise junior staff while implementing process improvements to optimize accounting workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate recording of all transactions and lead monthly/annual account reconciliations.
    • Prepare and review financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external audits and ensure timely filing of all tax and regulatory reports.
    • Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance, and provide variance analysis and cost-control recommendations.

    HR Specialist (Asst. Manager)

    Role Summary

    • The HR Specialist leads critical functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR Operations. This role supervises HR Officers to ensure high-performance service delivery, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters employee engagement across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, define job profiles with HODs, and track quality-of-hire metrics.
    • Identify training needs, develop annual training calendars, lead onboarding, and evaluate training ROI.
