Business Development Executive (Recruitment & L&D)
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, converting leads, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the firm as a preferred HR consulting partner in line with the 2026 growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard corporate clients
Meet revenue targets and close deals
Develop tailored HR solutions and proposals
Build and manage client relationships
Upsell and expand existing accounts
Track market trends and identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery
Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or L&D sales
Strong B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand HR solutions and sell value-based consulting services
