The HR Specialist leads critical functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR Operations. This role supervises HR Officers to ensure high-performance service delivery, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, define job profiles with HODs, and track quality-of-hire metrics.
Identify training needs, develop annual training calendars, lead onboarding, and evaluate training ROI.
Supervise HR Officers on leave administration, benefits, disciplinary actions, and HRIS updates.
Support the performance management cycle and coordinate staff engagement activities.
Generate HR dashboards, recruitment reports, and training metrics for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
CIPM certification or equivalent (Highly Preferred).
5–7 years in core HR functions with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in HRIS operations and HR analytics.
Strong knowledge of labor compliance, policy enforcement, and recruitment process management.
