We are seeking an exceptionally analytical professional to act as the core technical and strategic support to the CEO. This role is responsible for breaking down high-level business objectives into execution roadmaps, conducting unit economics analysis across the poultry value chain, and tracking operational KPIs to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in long-term strategy, capacity expansion, and vertical integration.
Conduct unit economics for feed, hatchery, and broilers. Track KPIs like Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and Mortality rates.
Identify inefficiencies in farm operations, biosecurity, and logistics; implement SOPs.
Coordinate feasibility studies and track timelines for new farm developments and processing capacity expansions
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–4+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Structured Finance.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; ability to translate complex production data into management dashboards.
High execution discipline with a deep interest in the Agribusiness sector.
