    Assistant Warehouse Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the company’s warehouses in line with best-in-class warehouse management practices (5S standard)
    • Develop, review and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations in compliance with quality management system and safety standards
    • Ensure the absence of inventory loss on account of warehouse storage (spare parts, raw materials, and finished goods).
    • Ensure all appropriate safety regulations are followed, with regards to personal safety and safety of inventories
    • Effectively manage all warehouse transactions (stock issuance, receipts, relocation, and returns), by ensuring proper documentation and accounts of all spare parts, raw materials, and finished goods
    • Ensure zero damage and obsolescence of finished goods stock by ensuring FEFO during issuance, with proper handling and timely communication to concerned stakeholders in the event of stock-out
    • Maintain physical condition of the warehouse, by inspecting infrastructure, storage space, and equipment (electrical fittings), issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, where necessary.

    Event and Activation Officer

    Job Description

    • Conceptualize and implement activations and all other marketing events
    • Create, obtain approval and maintain budget for all events and activations
    • Liaise with event organizers to find out their exact event requirements, verify venues, suppliers, contractors and all events logistics
    • Manage all pre-event / activations and post event / activations
    • Use knowledge of the market and research to identify and develop unique experiential propositions and differentiators to the business, etc.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Objective

    • Responsible for sales revenue growth, customer acquisition and customer relationship management for the company by aiding sales activities.

    Job Responsibilities
    Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

    • Assist in developing business and marketing plans in coordination with BD Manager to achieve revenue goals.
    • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization
    • Identify new opportunities and engage team members to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
    • Interface with customers via phone and e-mail to identify areas of opportunity and provide customers with marketing collateral to further develop their interest.
    • Maintain all relevant contact information and record all correspondence for appropriate actions in CRM tools (Salesforce, Action Plans)
    • Assist to prepare presentation slides and conduct sales presentations to client (internal and external)
    • Determine cross-selling opportunities of company's products and solutions to internal, existing and potential customers
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
    • Assist internal sales team in following up with quotations when required
    • Respond to client queries regarding company's products and services in a timely fashion
    • Assist in reviewing business proposals for new and existing customers
    • Participate in tender review documentation process, bid management and review of contracts from clients
    • Assist Business Development Manager in preparation of budget for the department and management meetings
    • Ensure all documentation (permits, company registration documents, project documents) are always updated.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science or Engineering or any related field from an accredited University.
    • Possession of additional professional qualifications will be an advantage
    • 4 years post NYSC experience in business development/sales role.
    • Previous experience or knowledge in Food and Beverage industries.

    Key Competencies Requirements:

    • Good understanding of business and product development cycle, leading practices, techniques and methodologies
    • Market/competitive analysis and research techniques
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Top-notch analytical skills
    • Must have an eye for detail
    • The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
