The Nigerdock Training Centre is a world-class training facility focused on the areas of Welding, Pipefitting, Plating and Machining, Rigging, Safety, Quality and First Aid. It has the ability to train and test Welders in SMAW, MMAW, FCAW and TIG processes, in all positions and to any Client’s requirements whilst certifying to Lloyds, ABS and DNV standards. Nigerdock has an aggressive investment program into new plant, equipment and technologies. It is also committed to the training of its workforce and the constant improvement of its systems and procedures.     Pros:
    Good work environment, high safety standard, reduced manual labour, specific salary pay week/day. Good management structure. Modern tools, machineries and equipments. Good facility layout. Accurate time keeping system/records.
    Cons:
    Non salary review, no pay off after contract termination or expiry. High tax deduction. Poor renumeration when compared to that of the expatriates. No accommodation for the nigerian employees. Using political will or connections to intimidate employees during dispute. Do not hold workers interests at high esteem. No other benefits aside the pay/salary.
