Summary

• We are seeking a Finished Goods Officer to perform the function of processing orders, organizing the dispatch and delivery of finished goods and ensuring that finished goods are stored safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical inventories of products.
• Assist workers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Compare the physical inventory in the warehouse with the records of inventory on hand.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry and publishing of data for warehouse transactions.
• Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
• Communicate with vendors if there are delays in outbound shipments.
• Ensure that shipments are ready for delivery.
• Keep track of products which are perishable and ensure the oldest products are moved out first.
• Develop strong relationships with truck drivers and delivery services.

Requirements

• National Diploma or equivalent in Logistics Management, Social Sciences or any other related course
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar industry.

Remuneration

• Salary: N90,000 monthly net
• Benefits: Pension & HMO.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Assisting the Laboratory Chemist for Analysing all the Chemical Tests performed in the Laboratory.
• Responsible for Documentation of Tested Results.
• Responsible for doing the Pre Testing sampling Preparations.
• Responsible for Maintaining the 4S and the Best Laboratory Practices inside the Laboratory.
• Responsible for Maintaining the Control samples as per SOP defined.
• Responsible for Maintaining the Hygiene inside the lab as per the Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Salary: N57,000 monthly net

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts Facility Checks on all Reserved Rooms to ensure excellent guest service
• Monitors and coordinates activities between all key service Departments
• Supervises the quality of customer service Delivery
• Implements urgent guest demands on check-in
• Responsible for overall operations of the hotel in collaboration with HODS and GM
• Ensures SOP is maintained to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Monitors the Generators and vital heavy equipments in collaboration with Maintenance Department HOD

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Very Disciplined. Male candidate is more preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 30 years old (Must not be younger than 30 years)
• Smart Grooming to meet Hospitality Standard.
