Hotel Operations Manager at MacTay Consulting

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts Facility Checks on all Reserved Rooms to ensure excellent guest service
• Monitors and coordinates activities between all key service Departments
• Supervises the quality of customer service Delivery
• Implements urgent guest demands on check-in
• Responsible for overall operations of the hotel in collaboration with HODS and GM
• Ensures SOP is maintained to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Monitors the Generators and vital heavy equipments in collaboration with Maintenance Department HOD

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Very Disciplined. Male candidate is more preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 30 years old (Must not be younger than 30 years)
• Smart Grooming to meet Hospitality Standard.
