    Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Planning

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Planning, plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of corporate strategies. This includes conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing business performance reports. The role involves collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

    • Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business performance reports, tracking key metrics and insights.
    • Collaborate with team members to compile and review departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
    • Monitor operational expenses and provide analysis of variances against the budget.
    • Support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking project timelines and deliverables.
    • Participate in cross-departmental projects, contributing analytical insights and recommendations.
    • Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships to support growth initiatives.
    • Help maintain documentation and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics.
    • Provide support for internal and external communications as needed, including presentations and reports.
    • Support with other related activities giving by the Team Lead, Strategy & Corporate Planning

    REQUIREMENTS

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

    Technical Qualification

    • Quality of research and analysis conducted.
    • Timeliness and accuracy of
    • reports and deliverables.
    • Support provided to team members and projects.
    • Contribution to departmental goals and objectives

    Work Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.

    Travel, Fleet and Logistics Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As Travel, Fleet, and Logistics Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the organization's travel processes and logistics operations.
    • The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of travel coordination, fleet management, and logistics operations.

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

    Travel Coordination:

    • Arrange and coordinate travel plans for Executives and Staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
    • Research and recommend travel options based on Executive and Staff preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
    • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to secure reservations and confirmations.
    • Create detailed travel itineraries for Executives and Staff, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and contact information.
    • Provide Executives and Staff with comprehensive travel documents, including visas, tickets and vouchers
    • Update itineraries as needed and communicate any changes or updates to Staff

    Logistics Optimization:

    • Analyze and enhance logistics operations org wide.
    • Collaborate with vendors to streamline logistics processes.

    Cost Management:

    • Monitor and control travel-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
    • Negotiate favorable contracts with travel agencies, hotels, car servicing companies and logistics providers.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Conduct regular audits of fleet and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all travel and logistics activities.
    • Develop and implement safety protocols/procedures for all company logistics operations

    Technology Utilization:

    • Utilize data analytics to assess the efficiency of travel and logistics operations. Provide detailed reports on a weekly and monthly basis and give insights into supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Utilize travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and other technology tools to research, book, and manage travel arrangements.
    • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the travel industry to enhance service offerings and efficiency.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-5 years and above experience in travel coordination and logistics, preferably in the energy industry.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field related to role.
    • A CITL certification will be an added advantage.

    Technical Qualification

    • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    Work Experience:

    • 2-5 years and above experience in travel coordination and logistics, preferably in the energy industry.
