    Admin Supervisor / Coordinator

    Location: Mowe, Ogun
    Working Days: Mondat - Saturday

    Summary

    • Our client is looking to inject innovative, exceptional, experienced, upwardly-mobile, forward-looking, and economically astute personnel into its various business incubation units to drive the implementation of the Year 2022 plans and achievement of key operational goals set for the year.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing overall administrative activities for the office
    • Provides office stationery supplies and cleaning supplies by identifying company needs
    • Renewal of vehicle particulars from time to time
    • Providing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery, and getting necessary approvals of invoices
    • General maintenance and facilities management of premises, fire extinguishers, and servicing of machines, air conditioners, and inverters from time to time basis
    • Ensure the payment of utility bills when due
    • Assist Staff with questions and concerns around the work environment
    • Manage and maintain inventory and stock controls over administration assets (office supplies, furniture, etc.), leverage technology and systems to ensure that tracking is repeatable, scalable, and fail-safe
    • Strategically manage the Company’s floor plan/layout and general office needs
    • Organize company events, both in and out of the office.
    • Control over vehicle drivers, housekeeping staff at company accommodation, office
    • Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas & equipment
    • In-depth understanding of office management procedures.
    • Ability to manage and see off government section visitors (Environment, Immigration, Labour, Revenue)

    Qualifications

    • Most important qualification is having 5 - 7 years of experience in managing all the above activities in a factory environment.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

    Call Centre Sales Manager

    Personal Responsibilities / Performance Measures

    • Responsible for generating prospects for call center product Sales.
    • Candidate should have worked on large-size deals in Secure Records Services in Nigeria
    • Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets on the total number of cartons for records Storage and corresponding revenue targets.
    • Comfortable handling sales force and daily reporting on accounts covered in Sales Force
    • Daily/weekly/monthly reviews with the reporting officers in Nigeria as well as the global team in India
    • Developing relationships with CXOs and presenting Client's Products and Services to customers post understanding their requirements through honest consultancy in bridging the gaps.
    • Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities in software and IT Sales.
    • Maintaining HOT/WARM/COLD Prospects in the sales force daily.
    • Experience in drafting proposals on IT Solutions and consulting assignments.
    • Coordinating with the internal cross-functional team in designing & presenting solutions to customers.
    • Responsible for achieving monthly Annual Operating Plan.
    • Responsible for coordinating with reporting manager, legal and commercial team for complete agreement closure with the customer.
    • Responsible for promoting Intelics Brand in the market.
    • Responsible for imparting product and market updates (competition) to cross functional teams.
    • Responsible for tracking customer escalation and its resolution with Operations team.

    Functions / Day to Day Activities:

    • Maintenance of accounts across SPANCO Sales Process in Sales Force.
    • Understanding customer requirement, costing and effective proposal sharing with customer.
    • Meeting customers and understanding how are records stored currently and positioning clients Records Storage services delivering value adds to right authority at customer
    • Daily followup with customers for sales closure
    • Account management, handling client queries, escalations, etc
    • Reporting on sales achievement, projections, daily weekly, monthly sales target vs achievement, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Any Graduate
    • MBA (Marketing) will be more preferred.
    • Have respective domain expertise in Records Archival, Library Management, etc
    • Should have demonstrated exceptional sales track record in Records Management and Storage Services
    • Age > 30 years
    • Should have 4 - 5 years continuous working experience in software and IT Product Sales in Nigeria
    • Should have worked on large scale records archival services
    • Exposure to corporate sales only.
    • Should have good contacts in Corporates in Nigeria.
    • Should have exposure of business planning.

    Optimizer

    Job Description

    • Receiving measurement instruction forms called “Cut-list” from customers.
    • Use of a specialized software called an Optimizer to process Cut-list instructions.
    • Give processed optimization report to customers and also forward optimization results to office assistant for invoicing.
    • Printing optimized cut list and submitting to factory Staff for cutting and edge-banding
    • Daily scheduling of Customer Jobs after optimization and submitting the schedule to the factory staff.
    • Contacting Customers with information as regarding their Cut-list, technical issues, errors or issues with their measurement, or factory updates on their jobs.
    • Other related Office duties

    Requirements

    • OND or Higher.
    • Good Knowledge of MS SUITE, Desktop Publishing and should be well acquainted with the Use of a computer.
    • Any additional computer Skills with relation to use of specialized software is an advantage
    • Prior Experience as an Office staff or with handling official responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication skills

    Working Hours:

    • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30AM – 6PM

    • Entry level Salary is N40,000 - N45,000 monthly.
    • Entitled to Weekly allowance of N2,500 (feeding allowance of N1,500 and call card Allowance of N1,000.)

    Panel Saw Machinist Assistant / Trainee

    Job Description

    • The panel saw assistant/trainee is tasked with assisting the main machinist in the cutting of wood boards on the panel saw.
    • The panel saw assistant must be dedicated to learning the job and exercise extreme alertness and carefulness at all times on the machine.
