    Admin Supervisor / Coordinator

    Location: Mowe, Ogun
    Working Days: Mondat - Saturday


    • Our client is looking to inject innovative, exceptional, experienced, upwardly-mobile, forward-looking, and economically astute personnel into its various business incubation units to drive the implementation of the Year 2022 plans and achievement of key operational goals set for the year.


    • Managing overall administrative activities for the office
    • Provides office stationery supplies and cleaning supplies by identifying company needs
    • Renewal of vehicle particulars from time to time
    • Providing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery, and getting necessary approvals of invoices
    • General maintenance and facilities management of premises, fire extinguishers, and servicing of machines, air conditioners, and inverters from time to time basis
    • Ensure the payment of utility bills when due
    • Assist Staff with questions and concerns around the work environment
    • Manage and maintain inventory and stock controls over administration assets (office supplies, furniture, etc.), leverage technology and systems to ensure that tracking is repeatable, scalable, and fail-safe
    • Strategically manage the Company’s floor plan/layout and general office needs
    • Organize company events, both in and out of the office.
    • Control over vehicle drivers, housekeeping staff at company accommodation, office
    • Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas & equipment
    • In-depth understanding of office management procedures.
    • Ability to manage and see off government section visitors (Environment, Immigration, Labour, Revenue)


    • Most important qualification is having 5 - 7 years of experience in managing all the above activities in a factory environment.

    N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
