    Admin Officer

    Location: Isolo / Ejigbo, Lagos

    Job Purpose

    • The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily business activities.
    • The role involves managing office logistics, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting HR and procurement functions as needed.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative Operations:

    • Manage the day-to-day running of the office and ensure a clean, organized, and functional work environment.
    • Handle office correspondences, document filing, and record keeping (both physical and electronic).
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, official travels, and company events.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, utilities, and equipment servicing.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

    Job Summary

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer will support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
    • The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and proficiency in accounting software (especially QuickBooks).

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily Tasks:

    • Post daily bank balances

    Reconciliation Tasks:

    • Sales reconciliation

    • Imprest reconciliation
    • Bar reconciliation
    • Kitchen reconciliation
    • Reconcile undeposited funds balance
    • Track refunds and excess payment balances.

    Monthly Tasks:

    • Prepare consolidated Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
    • Prepare P&L, Lab P&L
    • Pass all end-of-month (EOM) adjustment journal entries
    • Conduct stock taking
    • Prepare salary and service charge schedules
    • Finalize all monthly outstanding dues and reconciliations

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 1 – 3 years relevant accounting experience
    • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Shift Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Shift Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to oversee all E&I operations at our film manufacturing facility in Ibadan.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience managing electrical and instrumentation systems within a continuous process manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end Electrical & Instrumentation operations during assigned shifts.
    • Ensure uninterrupted operation of Blown Film, Printing, Slitting, and Utility control systems.
    • Oversee HT & LT power distribution systems, transformers, and ensure electrical safety compliance.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems for blown film lines, extrusion, winding, and auxiliary equipment.
    • Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
    • Participate in energy optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, and company policies.

    Educational Qualification

    • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an industrial Electrical & Instrumentation role.
    • Prior experience in a film manufacturing or continuous process plant is an added advantage.

    Technical Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong hands-on experience with HT & LT electrical systems, substations, and power distribution.
    • Practical knowledge of industrial instrumentation, automation, and process control systems.
    • Familiarity with film manufacturing machinery and associated instrumentation.
    • Sound understanding of energy management, preventive maintenance practices, and electrical safety standards.
