    Job Summary

    The Social Media & WhatsApp Order Manager will be responsible for managing Jellygold Scents’ social media presence on Instagram and TikTok, creating original content, engaging with customers, and handling customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp Business. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, follow SOPs strictly, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media Management & Content Creation

    • Create original content (Reels, TikTok videos, posts) using a smartphone and basic editing tools.
    • Independently develop content ideas and write scripts without supervision.
    • Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.
    • Write clear, engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
    • Schedule and publish content according to the content plan.
    • Monitor comments and direct messages and respond professionally.

    WhatsApp Order & Customer Management

    • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business promptly and professionally.
    • Take customer orders accurately and confirm all details (product, quantity, delivery location).
    • Follow approved order and communication scripts strictly.
    • Provide order updates to customers and escalate complaints when required.
    • Prepare daily WhatsApp order summaries and submit reports as assigned.

    Reporting & Accountability

    • Submit daily order and engagement reports.
    • Participate in weekly performance reviews.
    • Follow all company SOPs, policies, and reporting structures strictly.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Qualification

    • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Candidates without a degree but with proven hands-on experience may be considered.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management, digital marketing, or customer service.
    • Maximum of 3 years relevant experience.

    Core Competencies & Skills

    • Proactive and able to work independently without close supervision.
    • Ability to create content ideas and write scripts independently.
    • Practical knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
    • Ability to create basic content using a smartphone and simple editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut).
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good time management and self-discipline.
    • Problem-solving and adaptability.
    • Integrity and respect for customer and company information.

    Work Conditions

    • Hybrid work structure: 3 days onsite, 3 days remote.
    • Must be able to work 6 days per week.
    • Candidate must reside around Ogba / Ikeja axis for easy commute.

    Salary

    ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
