Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Manager to lead and execute our digital strategy within the hair and hair extension industry.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience promoting hair brands, managing digital campaigns, driving online sales, and building strong brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube)
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for hair products and hair extensions
• Oversee content creation including photos, videos, reels, influencer content, and paid ads
• Manage e-commerce platforms and support online sales growth
• Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, ROI)
• Collaborate with influencers, hairstylists, content creators, and brand ambassadors
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Stay updated on digital trends within the beauty and hair industry
• Coordinate with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Manager or Digital Marketing Lead
• Direct experience working with a hair company, hair brand, or hair extension business is mandatory
• Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle digital space
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and ad platforms
• Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management
• Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Instagram Shop, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Salary
N300,000 per month (Open to negotiation based on experience).
