    Business Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and drive the overall business performance.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the customer service team, sales, and technical teams, improving revenue generation, enforcing accountability, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
    • This role carries clear performance targets and requires a hands-on manager who can convert operational activities into measurable revenue growth.

    Core Responsibilities
    Business & Revenue Management:

    • Take responsibility for monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance across all channels.
    • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.
    • Prepare and submit periodic business performance and revenue reports to management.

    Sales & Marketing Team Management:

    • Supervise and coordinate marketers and sales representatives.
    • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales and marketing team.
    • Track individual performance and enforce accountability.
    • Ensure marketing activities translate into actual sales and revenue.
    • Coach, motivate, and discipline team members where necessary to meet targets.

    Operations & Process Control:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center.
    • Ensure proper coordination between the front desk, marketing, and technical teams.
    • Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of jobs, sales, and services rendered.
    • Enforce company policies and operational standards.

    Customer Experience & Retention:

    • Ensure high service quality and professional customer engagement.
    • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Drive customer retention through service excellence and follow-up.
    • Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements.

    Requirements
    Education;

    • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

    Experience:

    • 3–5 years' experience in operations, sales management, or business management.
    • Previous experience managing sales or marketing.
    • Experience in service-based or tech-related business is a strong advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue and enforce accountability.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organisational and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
    • Business-minded, firm, and proactive.
