Job Summary

• We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant with strong outreach experience to support lead generation, follow-ups, and communication tasks.
• The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at initiating conversations that convert into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to co-working spaces, associations, communities, and event organizers for potential partnerships and speaking engagements.
• Identify and message potential coaching or business leads daily.
• Manage responses, schedule calls, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet to track leads, conversations, and outreach progress.
• Prepare short outreach summaries or simple reports highlighting weekly performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 - 4 years Proven experience in outreach or lead generation.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to track leads using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and responsive.
• Open to training, feedback, and working independently.

Salary
