Admin Assistant, Optometry at Ladkem Eye Hospital

Requirements

• OND in Science, Biological Sciences, Laboratory Technicians, etc;
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Must be teachable and courteous,
• Assist in carrying out investigations of the under the close supervision of the optometrist and ophthalmologist
• Sanitizing equipment room prior to exams and directing the cleaners to dust the frame panel;
• Liaise with the Head Optometrists and other staff to promote and ensure sales and stocking of frames and accessories,
• Maintenance of proper frame inventory, tagging and display of frames;
• Offering help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses;
• Assist in ordering lenses;
• Liaise with the Optometrist on collection/ dispatch of glasses as soon as possible;
• Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
