    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
    • The role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all service areas (hair, nails, spa, etc.).
    • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
    • Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and service turnaround times.

    Team Leadership & Supervision:

    • Manage, supervise, and motivate salon staff including stylists, therapists, and front desk personnel.
    • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance management.
    • Conduct training and onboarding for new employees to ensure service consistency.

    Customer Experience:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated client complaints professionally.
    • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
    • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to brand standards.

    Financial & Business Performance:

    • Drive revenue growth by implementing sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
    • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
    • Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.

    Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels for salon products and tools.
    • Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure proper stock control to minimize waste and shortages.

    Compliance & Hygiene Standards:

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
    • Enforce hygiene protocols across all service areas.

    Marketing & Business Development:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
    • Identify opportunities to attract new clients and expand services.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
    • 3–5 years of experience in salon, spa, or retail operations management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
    • Good financial acumen and reporting skills.
    • Knowledge of salon management software and booking systems is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
