• We're seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter / Waitressto join our restaurant team.
• As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless dining experiences, and contribute to our restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers, taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and answer questions.
• Manage tables, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
• Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergens.

Qualifications

• OND/NCE
• Experience:2-3years
• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable Qualities:

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants.
• Wine, beer, or cocktail knowledge.
