Wait Staff (With Customer Service Experience) at FoliXx Hospitality

Job Summary

• As Wait Staff at FoLiXx Hospitality, you will play a key role in ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. We’re seeking individuals with prior experience in customer service who are attentive, articulate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to any needs with professionalism and a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and Seat Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome, guide guests to their tables, and present the menu.
• Take Orders: Accurately take guest orders, paying attention to special requests and dietary needs.
• Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring everything meets the guests’ expectations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Keep tables, dining areas, and serving stations tidy and organized throughout service.
• Assist with Payments: Handle transactions accurately, provide checks to guests, and thank them for dining with us.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other staff to provide efficient and seamless service during busy hours.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Education: Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills; must be articulate and fluent
• Attention to detail with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables at once

Other Requirements:

• Maturity and professionalism in handling guest interactions
• Flexibility to work six days a week with one day off, including weekends and holidays
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays with food and beverages.
