Transport Operations Personnel at GUO Transport Company Limited

Job Description

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily vehicle schedules, routes, and assignments.
• Monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely departures, arrivals, and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, drivers, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Liaise with drivers, loaders, and station staff to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transport policies, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Support in monitoring fuel usage, mileage, and other operational costs.
• Report incidents, delays, and breakdowns to the supervisor/manager for immediate action
• Assist in coordinating routine inspections and servicing schedules for vehicles.
• Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries related to trips and deliveries.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on transport operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND qualifications with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Candidate must reside in Maza-Maza or it's environs.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
