Training Supervisor / Trainer at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to oversee staff training and ensure consistent service and product quality across all VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in restaurant or café chain operations, with a strong background in staff development and standard operating procedures (SOP). Candidates with experience at KFC, Burger King, Domino’s Pizza, Chicken Republic, or similar QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for store staff, supervisors, and new hires.
• Conduct hands-on training in customer service, beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of store teams to ensure adherence to company SOPs.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Create training manuals, videos, and standard operation checklists.
• Support store openings by training new teams and ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to improve employee capability.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles in food & beverage or QSR industry.
• Prior experience in international or local fast-food chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, Mr Bigg’s, or similar brands is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service, hygiene standards, and food safety.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations for on-site training.
