Training Coordinator at Risk Control Services Nigeria Limited

• We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to develop and coordinate the implementation of profitable training programs and promote the Academy's e-learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessment and identity new opportunities for security training.
• Develop training materials including instructors-led and e-learning courses
• provides training and support to trainees 
• Conduct competition analysis 
• Develop partnerships and collaboration with other companies or organizations 
• Develop marketing strategies 

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Human resource management or any related course 
• Excellent leadership,communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proven experience as a training coordinator
