    Lead, Cooperative & Embedded Insurance Acquisition

    Credit Direct is seeking a highly execution-driven professional to lead nationwide acquisition and activation of cooperatives and institutional channels, while driving embedded insurance customer growth across our distribution ecosystem. This role is operational and field intensive. The mandate is to acquire, onboard, activate, and scale. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing our cooperative and embedded insurance strategy.

    Job Details

    Cooperative Acquisition & Activation

    •  Identify and onboard cooperatives nationwide.
    •  Ensure all cooperatives are fully onboarded onto Credit Direct Business (CDB).
    • Drive penetration of credit, insurance, and savings products within each cooperative.
    • Conduct activation sessions and enrollment drives.

    Embedded Insurance Institutional Sales

    • Secure employer-funded pharmacy health cover programs for employees of SMEs and corporates.
    • Drive staff enrollment at scale.
    • Support HMO add-on positioning with corporates where applicable.

    Pharmacy Network Enrollment

    • Identify and onboard pharmacies nationwide onto CDB.
    • Ensure pharmacies are operationally enabled to support pharmacy health cover beneficiaries.
    • Build strong geographic coverage and transaction readiness.

    Channel Execution

    • Coordinate with branches, sales teams, Financial Inclusion relationship officers, and Digital team.
    • Drive insurance activation across lending, app, USSD, checkout, and institutional channels.
    • Maintain a structured acquisition and activation pipeline dashboard.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in institutional sales, cooperative banking, insurance, or microfinance distribution.
    • Strong field sales and nationwide network-building capability.
    • Proven ability to close structured group or institutional deals.
    • Comfortable with extensive travel.
    • Highly disciplined in pipeline tracking and target execution.

    Core Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a track record of turning complex data and insights into actionable strategies.
    • Advanced analytical skills, including financial and business analysis.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated expertise in developing high-impact strategy documents and pitch decks for senior stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling and design) and Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, scenario building).
    • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to drive research efficiency, analysis, and creative output.
    • Strong organizational skills, able to work independently while contributing to cross-functional projects.

    Project Manager

    Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Enterprise Projects and work closely with other department leaders to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.

    Project Management 

    • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
    • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including task assignments and tracking project milestones and deliverables.

    Lead, Product Growth & Analytics

    The Lead for Product Growth and Analytics is a high-impact role focused on using data-driven insights to scale our product ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining growth loops and building the analytical framework necessary to understand user behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize the lifetime value of our credit and embedded finance customers. You would help in driving sustainable user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across our digital lending and embedded finance product suites while sitting at the intersection of marketing, data science, product & engineering to identify untapped opportunities and scale them into core business drivers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Growth Strategy & Optimisation

    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the end-to-end optimization of the lending funnel, identifying friction points in the KYC and disbursement stages.
    • Funnel Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests across the entire user journey (AARRR framework) to reduce drop-offs in the Onboarding, Loan application and other relevant Product Processes.
    • Viral Loops: Develop and manage referral programs and incentive structures that turn our existing credit customers into brand advocates.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Partner with the data team to build growth dashboards that track North Star metrics and leading indicators of churn.
    • Retention & Expansion: Develop cohorts-based strategies to increase repeat borrowing and the adoption of new financial products.
    • Testing Framework: Build and manage a rigorous A/B testing roadmap, ensuring every product change is measured against core business KPIs.

    Product Analytics & Data Governance

    • Tracking & Measurement: Define and implement the product event-tracking strategy (using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment) to ensure high-quality data collection.
    • Behavioral Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on user journeys to uncover the "Aha! moment" that leads to long-term customer loyalty.
    • Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards for the leadership team that provide real-time visibility into product health and growth velocity.
    • MVP Development: Rapidly prototype and launch Pilot programs, gathering lean feedback before full-scale integration into the primary product roadmap.

    Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Data/Engineering Liaison: Work closely with data engineers to ensure our data warehouse effectively supports product-level queries.
    • Strategic Planning: Provide the Chief Product Officer with data-backed recommendations for the H1/H2 roadmaps and OKR setting.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product messaging aligns with growth experiments.

    Requirements

    •  6+ years in Product Management or Data Analytics, with a proven track record of driving growth in a FinTech or high-volume digital environment.
    • Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
    • Deep experience with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap or similar products).
    • Understanding of financial modeling and unit economics (LTV, CAC, Churn).
    • Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable product requirements.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to present data stories to non-technical stakeholders
