HR Officer

Job Description
- Our client is seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and staff welfare
- Support payroll coordination and statutory remittances
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or cosmetics industry is an added advantage
