Role Description

• This is a full-time employment role for a Trade Manager based in Abuja or Aba, Nigeria.
• The Trade Manager will be responsible for managing trade relationships, driving sales, and promoting the company's portfolio within the local market.
• Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing trade strategies, engaging with Trade Partners and retailers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring optimal product visibility. The role also involves managing promotional programs and ensuring the alignment of trade activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Trade Management, Sales, and Relationship Building
• Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership
• Ability to execute promotional and merchandising strategies effectively
• Familiarity with wines and spirits is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is beneficial
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data
