This is a full-time, office-based role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for the legal sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal community in Lagos and beyond.

    Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide expert advice on product selection based on client needs (e.g., specific legal texts, ceremonial robes, court attire).
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.

    Product Knowledge & Merchandising:

Maintain deep knowledge of the company's inventory, including new arrivals, institutional demand patterns, and restock schedules.
Ensure the showroom or sales floor is organised, presentable, and stocked with current titles and products.

    Order Processing & Administration:

Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and delivery notes accurately.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of books and outfits to clients.
Maintain an up-to-date client database and daily sales report.

    Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new arrivals, seasonal discounts, and special offers.
Provide feedback from the field to inform purchasing and inventory decisions.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education & Experience:

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in book retail, publishing, professional attire, or B2B sales.
Experience selling to legal professionals or within the academic sector is a strong advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
