Sales Manager at Leadway Assurance Company

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives.
• Drive business development and client acquisition.
• Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

• Must be currently working in an insurance company.
• 3–5 years’ experience in insurance sales.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
