    Tours Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and coordinate tour packages, itineraries, and travel experiences.
    • Manage client bookings and ensure smooth tour operations.
    • Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers for best travel arrangements.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
    • Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies for tours and destinations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a tours, travel, or hospitality role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems is an advantage.
    • A results-driven, customer-focused, and proactive individual.
