Job Summary

SkyNet Worldwide Express is seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Leader (Operations) to supervise daily logistics and warehouse activities during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational staff, ensuring efficient parcel processing, Sorting, maintaining service standards, and supporting the timely movement of shipments across the network.

The role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced courier and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse and operations staff during assigned shifts.

• Ensure timely receiving, sorting, scanning, and dispatch of shipments.
• Monitor daily operational targets and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records using operational systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify operational issues and implement quick solutions to maintain workflow.
• Prepare and submit shift performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with transport teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency within the shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in logistics, courier, or warehouse operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and parcel handling processes.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational deadlines.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
