Territory Manager at International Health Management Services (IHMS)

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee operations in Enugu and its environs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining strong provider relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the HMO’s operations within the assigned territory .
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and onboard new healthcare providers to expand the HMO network.
• Monitor the performance of providers and address any service delivery issues.
• Drive enrollee acquisition and retention through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and provider complaints promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on territory performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in the Insurance, Services , healthcare or HMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and HMO services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the Enugu healthcare market is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
