    Sales Personnel

As a Sales Personnel at FastLab, you'll focus on onboarding independent healthcare providers, labs, and physicians. This role is crucial for our go-to-market strategy: setting up the FastLab platform, equipping general practitioners (GPs) with free digital practice tools, and securing partnerships for integrations. You'll demo our platform's value—digitising workflows in under 30 seconds, enabling seamless data flow, and unlocking revenue through commissions.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-person visits to independent labs, hospitals, and physicians in Lagos to demonstrate FastLab's platform and digital tools. Set up the FastLab platform on-site, train non-technical staff, and onboard users with zero-cost incentives for key opinion leaders (KOLs).
    • Identify and engage high-potential targets. Build strong relationships with lab managers and doctors to drive adoptions and exclusivity contracts.
    • Manage CRM (track leads, demos, and conversions) to meet onboarding targets. Coordinate with the engineering team for custom integrations.
    • Analyse local healthcare trends to refine pitches. Gather feedback on platform features to inform product improvements.
    • Work with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adhering to NDPC/NITDA data standards.
    • Track FastLab metrics across all onboarded users and customers.
    • Represent FastLab at local healthcare events, conferences, or trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
    • Post-onboarding, provide initial support to ensure labs and physicians achieve value.
    • Ensure all pitches and onboardings comply with Nigerian regulations (e.g., MDCN for telemedicine, NDPC for data privacy).

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in healthtech, pharma, or regulated industries. Proven track record of B2B sales, with experience onboarding clients.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to demo tech products and proficiency in CRM software.

FastLab is a groundbreaking healthtech startup revolutionising diagnostics in Africa, starting with Nigeria, by connecting healthcare providers and professionals to the digital economy through our innovative unified platform. Join a dynamic team backed by deep domain expertise and compliant with NDPC, NITDA, and MDCN standards. Be part of FastLab's mission to make diagnostic data flow seamlessly, empowering patients, physicians, and labs across the continent.
